Hello!

I'm Elouan, a French Master's student, filmmaker, scriptwriter, producer and musician. I'm currently studying Public Policy and Digital Governance at Sciences Po Paris.  Born in Heidelberg, Germany, I have lived more than ten years in Shanghai, China. I have won several awards Internationally for my roles as director and composer. I have released multiple albums and singles under the artist name "Lwan" on major streaming platforms.
